• Experience in the Retail, Department Stores, and luxury industry is highly desirable.
• Flexible and customer-focused with a passion for beauty and skincare.
• Part-time role requiring 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism to reflect the brand vision.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products based on training.
• Maintain store standards for quality, service and safety.
• Educate customers about the DECIEM brands and products.
• Manage customer feedback and queries.
• Assist in maintaining counter cleanliness and merchandising.
• Process product refunds and handle issues positively.
• Build relationships with store managers and clients.
