Job summary

DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, seeks a flexible Counter Associate to join the extraOrdinary team at Boots, Market Street in Manchester. You will deliver memorable service, educate customers on The Ordinary and related brands, and drive product recommendations with a friendly, professional approach.

Experience in retail, luxury or fragrance sectors is highly desirable. This is a 30-hour week, part-time role with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and counter presentation.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in engaging customers and applying products to the customer while providing consultations.
• Able to multi-task, while delivering professional and outstanding customer service.
• Desire to spread brand awareness and educate customers on products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting the DECIEM vision.
• Assess customer needs and suggest relevant products using brand knowledge.
• Maintain quality, customer service, and health and safety standards.
• Educate customers about DECIEM brands, products and experiences.
• Handle feedback and inquiries and maintain counter organization.
• Build relationships with managers and clients with strong communication.
