Job summary

Lookers is hiring a Parts Advisor for the Renault site in Stockport. This permanent, full-time role involves working 42 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and a Saturday on a rota basis.

You will handle customer requests, stock control, and daily administrative tasks to keep the parts department running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team and independently, and practical knowledge of computer systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties.
• Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
• Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
• Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
• Answering calls from customers
• Providing excellent customer care
