The Shy Horse, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business. You’ll lead a team, mentor colleagues and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in management and leading a team.
• Ability to train and inspire colleagues to deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train, motivate and develop the team to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and drive guest satisfaction through excellent standards.
• Lead the team to create moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
