Sytner Group is seeking a part-time Aftersales Consultant in Harrogate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the aftersales journey. You will manage service bookings, assist with leads from the myAudi app and connected car tech, and help drive high-quality appointments while supporting reception and telephony processes.

The role emphasizes customer care, organisational excellence and the use of digital tools, with full training provided by in-house and Audi manufacturer programs.

Formación

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in a customer-focused role.
• Background in customer service, ideally in a busy or call-handling environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound service booking calls and ensure a professional customer journey.
• Drive high-quality bookings via Motability, 1link, online booking systems and digital enquiries.
• Support Service Advisors and Hosts in the reception area.
• Handle pre-calls, customer updates, invoicing and post-visit feedback.
