Job summary

Sytner Group in Frimley is seeking a part-time Aftersales Consultant to join a customer-focused team and help deliver an exceptional experience. You will manage service bookings, respond to enquiries, and ensure customers receive professional support throughout their journey.

You’ll work with Audi digital systems, support service advisors, and handle calls, invoicing and post-visit feedback, while contributing to Fast Track programmes and ongoing customer care excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Background in customer service, ideally in a busy or call-handling environment.
• Experience with Kerridge would be an advantage (but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage service leads generated through the myAudi app and connected car technologies.
• Drive high-quality bookings via platforms like Motability, 1link, online booking systems, and digital enquiries.
• Support our Service Advisors and Hosts in the reception area.
• Handle pre-calls, customer updates, invoicing, and post-visit feedback.
• Assist with our Fast Track Programmes and maintain contact throughout the workshop visit.
• Support the dealership with telephony processes.

We're looking for a part-time customer focused Aftersales Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the role

You'll be at the heart of our Aftersales operation, managing inbound and outbound service booking calls and ensuring every customer enjoys a professional and efficient journey. From scheduling appointments to providing clear, helpful information, you'll make every interaction count.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing service leads generated through the myAudi app and connected car technologies


• Driving high-quality bookings via platforms like Motability, 1link, online booking systems, and digital enquiries
