Zusammenfassung

Nescot College is seeking a part-time Customer Care and Admissions Assistant to handle information requests by phone and in person, guide applicants to the right courses and support them through the admissions process.

You will support recruitment via online systems, maintain MIS records, assist CEIAG outreach, and help at open events and interviews. The role runs 18 hours weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:30am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Care environment.
• Experience of working with young people and/or adults.
• Possess first class customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide course information to personal and telephone enquirers, help identify the appropriate course and encourage application.
• Support applicants through the admissions process and represent the College to ensure entry.
• Support recruitment via online systems and email.
• Create and maintain applicant records on MIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Support the CEIAG Team for school liaison and outreach activities.
• Participate in College open events by providing information and advice.
• Assist at occasional out-of-hours events such as open evenings and interviews
