Job summary

Activate Learning Group is seeking an Advice and Admissions Adviser to join our Reading campuses. This permanent, part-time role offers 9 hours a week during term time, with duties including guiding learners, arranging interviews, confirming offers and supporting conversion to enrolment.

You will work from Woodley Hill House in Reading and at Reading College for training, delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment and developing your career within a supportive education group.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy environments with targets.
• Excellent communication with learners, staff and visitors.
• Organised, customer-focused with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for learners and visitors.
• Provide information on courses and services offered by Activate Learning.
• Arrange interviews, confirm offers and liaise with faculty to convert applicants to enrolments.
• Cover reception duties as required and work at Woodley Hill House and Reading College for training.
