Job Description:

About Our Client

A new opportunity for a Part Time Administrator and Finance Assistant to join an established business based in Guildford.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative support to the team
  • Provide excellent telephone customer service
  • Onboard clients onto our systems
  • Maintain client data including addresses on Glide, CCH, databases, and portals
  • Manage daily post, scanning, saving, and distribution to relevant team members
  • Maintain and review clients' online accounts with HMRC
  • Maintain client trackers
  • Prepare standard HMRC letters
  • Package and upload tax returns and other documents to client portals
  • Assist with other administrative and client-related tasks as needed
  • Provide full administrative support to the team
  • Raise and issue invoices, estimates, and retainers to clients
  • Follow up on client payments and issue statements
  • Contact clients and assist with payment instructions
  • Deposit client payments into the bank
  • Update responsibility/team classifications
The Successful Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to commute to Guildford five days a week
  • Previous experience in an accountancy firm is a plus but not essential
