CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a respected property company in Chichester, West Sussex. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule and a key place in the finance team to keep supplier invoices coded, authorised and paid accurately.

The successful candidate will have experience in accounts payable or purchase ledger, strong Excel skills, and careful, confidential handling of financial information. Salary is dependent on experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, or transactional finance roles
• Strong reconciliation and supplier payment capabilities
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with accounting software
• Effective communication skills and a disciplined approach to confidentiality

Responsabilidades

• Managing supplier invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensuring proper coding, authorisation, and supporting documentation for transactions
• Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts and supplier statements
• Assisting with payments, including preparation and execution of payment runs
