Job summary

Trial Balance Consulting are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join the finance function on a permanent, part-time basis (30 hours/week). The role is based at the company’s headquarters in Wadebridge with parking available.

Reporting to Head of Finance, the successful candidate will handle transactional tasks and learn on the job. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of recent experience; AAT in progress will be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months recent experience in finance
• Part-time 30-hour week; flexible
• Ambitious and driven with a desire to develop in finance

Responsibilities

• Maintain company finance technology systems
• Allocate accounts payable transactions and invoices
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist the wider finance function as required
