Job summary

University for the Creative Arts in Canterbury is seeking an Accommodation Officer (part-time) to join the Accommodation Team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of student accommodation on your allocated campus, with emphasis on safety, well-being and resident satisfaction, and ensuring occupancy and high service standards.

The role requires good organisational and planning skills, ability to prioritise multiple tasks, problem solving and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks to agreed timescales.
• Previous general administrative experience, preferably in accommodation and/or educational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of student accommodation on allocated campus.
• Emphasis on safety, well-being and resident satisfaction.
• Work closely with Accommodation Team, Student Life Services and Wellbeing Manager to support students.
