Job summary

Environmental Resources Management Iberia seeks a Part-Qualified Management Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or QBE to support the Northern Europe Finance function. You will deliver monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, overhead reporting and budgeting for senior management and the Group.

You will engage in forecasting, financial analysis, and support for proposals. A study support program is available, with a hybrid working model and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or QBE
• Experience in management accounting and month-end close
• Strong experience with balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly & year end management accounts processes including pre flash, flash, and close for Northern European org codes / Business Units.
• Prepare/review of all key balance sheet reconciliations with timely clearance of unreconciled items.
• Produce overhead reports and discuss variances with budget holders regularly.
• Assist with the annual budget process.
• Periodic and ad hoc forecasting and analysis.
• Provide financial information for proposals as needed.
• UK, EU & Ireland compliance - VAT, CIS and national statistics returns.
• Intercompany reconciliations and liaison with ERM OpCos on intercompany reporting, invoicing and settlements.
• Influence and lead junior staff to improve financial accuracy and processes.
