Job Overview

Talented Part II Architectural Assistant wanted to join our busy Birmingham studio. We are an in‑person client‑facing business seeking designers to work with and mentor on multiple new projects in the UK and beyond, varying in size. Projects comprise office, rail, and commercial developments for governmental, corporate, and institutional clients. The role is located in our purpose‑built studio in the Mailbox, Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an architectural team to successfully complete tasks/projects.
• Demonstrate design sensitivity and awareness for high quality graphics.
• Produce drawn and graphic information in 2D and 3D.
• Assist in the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Show awareness of productive team working.

Qualifications

• Part I and II from a school of Architecture.
• Post Part II working experience required.

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience of UK regulations applicable to the discipline and ability to demonstrate this in project execution.
• Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Revit & AutoCAD capability.
• Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work under one's own initiative or as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively.
• Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC).
