Job summary

RIBAJ is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant in Birmingham to contribute to residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion.

You should have completed RIBA Part 1 and 2, with UK-based experience after Part 2, and be proficient in Revit, with strong design and drawing skills and excellent teamwork and communication.

• Post Part 2 experience in a UK practice
• Excellent design and drawing skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and technical drawings

• Work on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Work on planning applications and building regulations
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects

Skills and experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:
