Job summary

Ignis Partners in London is seeking a Part 3 Architect or experienced Part 2 Assistant for luxury hospitality projects. You will contribute to delivering high-end hotel schemes from developed design through construction, collaborating with senior architects and the project team.

The role focuses on technical design, Revit BIM, and coordinating with consultants across RIBA Stages 3–5, with a strong emphasis on detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• ARB/RIBA Part 3 qualification or 3 years post-Part 2 experience.
• Strong Revit proficiency and BIM experience.
• Experience on projects through RIBA Stages 3-5.
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
• UK construction knowledge and standards.
• Experience in hospitality advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural packages through RIBA Stages 3-5.
• Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction information.
• Develop design information and resolve technical details.
• Coordinate architectural information with consultants and other disciplines.
• Work within a BIM environment and maintain high-quality Revit models.
• Support preparation of specifications, schedules and other project documentation.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Contribute to design development while ensuring projects remain technically robust and deliverable.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-end hospitality projects to a high standard.
