Job summary

Divercity Architects in London is seeking a Part 3 architect to join our East London studio on a one-year contract. You will contribute from concept design through to on-site completion, with a close-knit team supporting your development.

We value strong design, detailed construction knowledge and a proactive, collaborative approach. Travel for on-site meetings and supplier visits, including internationally, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years post-Part 3 experience in an architectural practice
• Strong design skills and construction detailing knowledge
• Proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, D5 Render (or similar), Affinity and Adobe Suite
• Grasshopper experience is an advantage
• Proficiency with AI tools is an advantage

Divercity Architects is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.

Divercity Architects is a RIBA Chartered practice based in East London, with an award-winning portfolio spanning hotels, housing, private residences and commercial and public spaces. We’re a small, dynamic studio delivering a bespoke, high-end service - and we’re growing our team to support ongoing and new international projects.

We’re looking for a Part 3 architect with a minimum of two years’ post-Part 3 experience to join us.

The role

You’ll contribute to projects from initial concept design through to on-site completion, developing designs, producing documentation and following projects through all stages - with the direction and support of a close-knit, experienced team. Availability to travel for on-site meetings and to visit suppliers, including internationally, is essential.
