Job summary

Ignis Partners, an established architectural practice, is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Part 3 Architect to join its Greater London team in Kingston upon Thames, focusing on elderly living and care projects. You will work with senior team members from early design through planning, producing drawings in Revit, and contributing to planning submissions and design development.

Qualifications

• Experience in an architectural practice is preferred.
• Strong early design and planning-stage capabilities.
• Excellent design and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Good knowledge of the UK planning process and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop early-stage design concepts and architectural proposals.
• Produce drawings and presentations for planning submissions.
• Assist with planning applications and design development.
• Develop layouts, elevations, sections and details.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and the wider design team.
• Develop designs in line with planning requirements and regulations.
• Produce and coordinate drawings using Revit.
• Support projects through RIBA work stages.
• Contribute to overall design quality and development of projects.
