Job summary

Divercity Architects in London is seeking a Part 3 architect to join our East London studio on a one-year contract. You will contribute from concept design through to on-site completion, with a close-knit team supporting your development.

We value strong design, detailed construction knowledge and a proactive, collaborative approach. Travel for on-site meetings and supplier visits, including internationally, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years post-Part 3 experience in an architectural practice
• Strong design skills and construction detailing knowledge
• Proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, D5 Render (or similar), Affinity and Adobe Suite
• Grasshopper experience is an advantage
• Proficiency with AI tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects from initial concept design through to on-site completion
• Develop designs, produce documentation and follow projects through all stages with support from the team
• Availability to travel for on-site meetings and to suppliers, including internationally
