Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an award-winning, UK-based RIBA chartered practice in Birmingham, delivering architectural and interior design services across commercial, education and healthcare sectors. The permanent role offers a salary of GBP27,000–GBP32,000, with flexible working, generous holiday, contributory pension and strong professional development.

You will develop concept designs, assist with coordination and work on residential and commercial projects

Qualifications

• Successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 and 2 qualifications.
• Relevant Post Part 2 qualification experience in a UK practice.
• Experience with Revit.
• Excellent design and drawing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organising skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and technical drawings
• Assist with project coordination alongside Senior members of staff
• Work on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Work on planning applications and building regulations
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects
