Job summary

Aztrum in Birmingham is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a supportive design team and gain hands‑on experience across live projects within a collaborative environment offering strong mentorship and progression opportunities.

Salary up to £35,000 for a Part 2 candidate, with opportunities to develop across RIBA stages and a wide project portfolio including residential, commercial, industrial and mixed‑use work.

Qualifications

• Part 2 qualified or nearing completion in UK practice.
• Strong technical, graphic and communication skills.
• Confident across architectural stages and project types.
• AutoCAD or Revit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design development across a variety of project types
• Produce planning and technical drawing packages under senior guidance
• Coordinate with consultants and assist in resolving design and technical issues
• Prepare high‑quality drawings, models and presentation material
• Contribute to project teams across multiple RIBA stages, from inception to delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Support design development across a variety of project types

Key Requirements
