Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is actively seeking an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our Stockport studio. You will contribute to high‑profile projects from inception to completion, and help develop planning schemes through construction drawings with a focus on quality delivery.

The role requires a RIBA Part 2 qualification and UK practice experience, with proficiency in Revit and strong technical drawing abilities. Commutable distance to Stockport is essential.

• Completed RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• Relevant post‑qualification experience as Part 2 Architectural Assistant in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors.
• Excellent technical and drawing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to Stockport.
