Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Bradford studio, delivering a range of commercial projects from inception through to completion.

The role requires completing RIBA Part 2 and experience in UK practice, with proficiency in ArchiCAD desirable and Revit/AutoCAD essential. Hybrid working and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• Relevant post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience working on RIBA stages 4.
• Experience working on projects within the commercial sector.
• Excellent drawing and design skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bradford area.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver on a range of commercial projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings.
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages.
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings.
