Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a forward-thinking RIBA chartered practice in Northampton. You will hit the ground running on high-profile commercial and industrial projects from inception through to completion.

Requirements include a completed RIBA Part 2, UK practice experience, proficiency with Revit, excellent drawing and design skills, strong technical detailing, and good communication and organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• Completed RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• UK practice experience as an Architectural Assistant.
• Proficiency with Revit and knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent drawing and design skills, plus strong technical detailing.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver on high-profile projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare planning schemes to detailed construction drawings.
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of drawings.
