The role involves producing technical packages from concept to completion, submitting planning and building regulations applications, conducting site visits, and providing architectural design services and project management for diverse projects.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Technology.
- Working towards CIAT chartership.
- Post-qualification experience as Architectural Technologist in a UK practice.
- Proficient with Revit.
- Experience managing projects across various sectors.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project.
- Produce technical packages from conception through to completion.
- Submit planning and building regulation applications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met.
- Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects.
