Job summary

APCOA PARKING UK is seeking a Parking Attendant for St Catherine's Walk Shopping Centre in Carmarthen. The role is part time (16 hours per week) with four evenings per week, paying £12.71 per hour.

You will provide front-line customer service, help maintain the car park to high standards and support client compliance. You will handle inquiries, respond to incidents per policy, keep records up to date and patrol the site to ensure security and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service support to car park customers.
• Deal with unusual incidents in accordance with policies and training.
• Record and maintain all books and records assigned to the site in a legible and timely manner.
• Deal with enquiries in person, by telephone or by other means from customers, client, its representatives or visitors.
• Deliver the highest level of personal behaviour and standards at all times.
• Assist with tasks or problems within the car parks or traffic management as required.
• Ensure vehicle users conform to the client’s traffic regulations.
• Comply with Company Policies and Procedures and Health & Safety Laws.
• Undertake regular patrols of the premises to maintain security standards.
