Job summary

A parking management company in Loughborough is seeking a Parking Attendant/Cleaner. The role involves maintaining car park standards, assisting customers, and conducting regular patrols. Responsibilities

  • Open the site daily, act as a key holder.
  • Uphold car park standards through cleaning and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the car parks.
  • Issue enforcement notices for violations.
  • Assist customers with queries and complaints.
  • Perform general cleaning duties on-site.
  • Maintain frontline machines.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.

Job description

We currently have an opportunity for a Parking Attendant/Cleaner at our site in Loughborough.

Responsibilities
  • Opening the site daily acting as a responsible key holder
  • Upholding the standards of the car parks (including litter picking and machine maintenance)
  • Undertaking regular patrols of the car parks
  • Issuing the appropriate enforcement notice to vehicles which contravene the onsite regulations
  • Customer service assisting with queries/complaints
  • General onsite cleaning
  • Frontline machine maintenance
  • General onsite admin
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good numerical skills
  • Good technical experience and ability to use smart phones and / or PDA’s
  • The ability to deal with conflict whilst remaining calm and polite at all times
  • The ability to work under their own initiative and self-motivate
  • Accuracy and attention detail
  • Awareness of Health and Safety
Benefits

The role is for 15 hours per week across 5 days. Usual hours of work Monday - Friday, 06:30-09:30. The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. The role will be subject to references. Full training will be provided.
