Job summary

Chessington World of Adventures is seeking a Park Presentations Host to help maintain clean, safe guest environments. Part-time and full-time shifts may start at 09:00 and finish around 22:00, outdoors in varied weather.

You will keep washrooms and guest areas immaculate, provide friendly customer service, handle queries, and support resort teams to create memorable days for visitors. This is a physically active role requiring lone working, with a seasonal contract through November 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, facilities or related environment preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Ability to work independently and lone working.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in washroom facilities and guest areas to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with queries.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or safety concerns promptly.
• Work flexibly across resort areas as required by operations.
