Job summary
Haven is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform regular upkeep and repairs across park facilities. You will tackle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for guests.
The role requires practical maintenance experience, with a preference for those with trade qualifications. A full UK driving license is preferred, and opportunities for training and progression are available.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in General Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is essential.
- Qualifications in related trades are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on park facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
- Address minor repairs promptly, diagnose problems and provide solutions to keep facilities running smoothly.
- Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to prevent issues and maintain safety.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, or teammates with a friendly, professional approach.
- Work with the maintenance team to provide high-quality service across the park.
- Keep detailed records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
