Job summary

Haven is seeking a hands-on General Maintenance Technician to keep our park in top shape, handling plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and routine upkeep. You’ll respond to guest requests and work with the maintenance team to ensure a safe, comfortable stay.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is essential.
• Qualifications in related trades are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on park facilities (plumbing, carpentry, general upkeep).
• Address minor repairs promptly and diagnose problems to keep facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks to prevent issues and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners or team with a friendly, professional approach.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to provide high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
