Job summary

Haven is seeking a practical General Maintenance Technician to join our friendly park team. You will handle daily upkeep, repairs, and safety checks to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

From plumbing and carpentry to electrical tasks, you’ll inspect facilities, diagnose issues, and complete fixes efficiently, while maintaining detailed records and a high standard of service across the park. A hands-on, safety‑minded professional with a UK driving license and the ability to work both

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Experience working on holiday homes preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on park facilities.
• Diagnose problems and implement effective repairs to keep facilities running.
• Conduct routine checks to prevent issues and ensure safety.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff professionally.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain records and comply with health and safety regulations.
