Job summary

Haven’s Seton Sands Holiday Village seeks a motivated General Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across park facilities, addressing plumbing, carpentry, electrical and general upkeep tasks. You’ll diagnose issues, carry out routine checks, and respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a safe, pleasant stay.

Ideally you bring practical maintenance experience and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose problems and implement repairs
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with regulations

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks on park facilities including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep
• Address minor repairs promptly and provide effective solutions
• Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to prevent issues
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners or team with a friendly and professional approach
• Work with the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service across the park
• Keep detailed records and ensure health and safety compliance
