Haven is hiring a General Maintenance Technician to keep our holiday park in top condition, performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting. You will carry out inspections, respond to guest requests, and work with the maintenance team to ensure safe, high-quality facilities.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in General Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Previous experience on holiday homes preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on park facilities.
• Address minor repairs and diagnose issues promptly.
• Check key facilities and equipment to prevent problems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff professionally.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
