Job summary

Haven is seeking a hands-on General Maintenance Technician to upkeep park facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical and painting tasks. You will inspect, diagnose and carry out repairs to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience across our holiday park.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Holiday homes experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong safety compliance and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on park facilities including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Address minor repairs and diagnose issues to keep facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to prevent issues and maintain safety.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and team with a friendly, professional approach.
• Keep detailed records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
