Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support daily upkeep of our parks. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs, and contribute to groundskeeping and presentation across outdoor spaces.

You may work independently or with a team, using ParkSmart to manage tasks and ensuring safety and high standards across facilities and holiday homes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in general building maintenance or property repairs.
• Ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Groundskeeping / landscaping experience is required.
• Physical fitness for lifting, bending and standing for long periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the park.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repair tasks.
• Use ParkSmart to manage and complete maintenance jobs.
• Support other park departments with maintenance needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment and workshop areas safely.
