Park Holidays UK Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Operative to service and repair facilities across our holiday parks. The role covers plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and gardening, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

You will inspect, repair, and record maintenance tasks, respond to requests, and work both independently and as part of a team. A DBS check is required; prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs.
• Practical skills in DIY, repairs and maintenance tasks with hand tools and gardening equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and general DIY tasks.
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address issues, ensuring safe and operational conditions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff and resolve issues to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations, creating a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping tasks, including mowing lawns, weeding and planting to keep outdoor areas well-presented.
