Job summary

Park Holidays UK Ltd. is looking for a Maintenance Operative to service the Lossiemouth Holiday Park. The role covers general upkeep, repairs and park maintenance to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will perform plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks and garden work, maintaining equipment and keeping records. A DBS check is required; the role is seasonal but full-time hours are 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance with basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs.
• Practical DIY skills and ability to use standard maintenance tools.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations and ability to apply them on site.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work and keep records.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as required by the park.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance across the park including plumbing, carpentry and electrical work.
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment and address issues promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff to maintain high standards.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work and ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations and safe environments.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas presentable.
