Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join our park operations across the UK. You will undertake a wide range of maintenance, repair and groundskeeping tasks to keep holiday homes and facilities in top condition.

You will work both independently and with a supportive team, carrying out plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs, while using the ParkSmart system to manage tasks and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance or trade environment.
• Ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including fault finding.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the park.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment and workshop areas.
• Prepare holiday homes for sale and handovers.
• Support other park departments with maintenance needs.
• Maintain park grounds including grass, hedges and landscaping.
