Parcelforce Worldwide is hiring at our Cornwall depot (PL31 2RQ). This permanent role offers early shifts (05:00–10:00) with overtime opportunities and a starting salary of £25,201 per year.

You will unload and load parcels, sort them for routes, and provide friendly, dependable service to customers. After six months, salary improves to £27,561, with potential to reach up to £30,000 per year based on a 38-hour week and overtime.

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
