Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Plymouth is seeking a driver/loader to join our team. You will work 38 hours per week with overtime, unloading and loading parcels, sorting them to the correct delivery routes, and preparing trailers for drivers.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B) up to 3.5t with no more than 6 points.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but a great team player.

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:
  • Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
  • Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)
