Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Swansea is seeking a dependable driver to sort parcels, plan routes and deliver across local areas. You will perform vehicle safety checks and handle deliveries for homes and businesses with a customer-focused approach.

The role offers a permanent contract, 38 hours per week with overtime opportunities, starting salary £25,201 increasing after six months with potential to reach £30,000. Benefits include a strong pension, generous holiday and other perks.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence Cat B up to 3.5t with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. There are two available shift patterns for this role.

OPTION ONE: Saturday to Monday & Wednesday 08:30 - 18:00

OPTION TWO: Wednesday to Saturday 08:30 - 18:00

Overtime may be available.

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Swansea - SA7 0AQ

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What We’re Looking For

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
