Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Bristol is seeking drivers for a permanent, full-time role on 38 hours per week with overtime. Two shift patterns: 07:00-17:00 or 07:30-17:30, with some attendance and weekend premiums.

Starting salary £25,201 with progression to £27,561 after 6 months, with potential to earn up to £30,000 including overtime. Benefits include a strong pension, generous holiday (22.5 days rising with service), medical cover, uniform and training, and access to the My Bundle+ platform with

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player.
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38 Hours Standard with Additional 2 - 3 Hours Schedule attendance a day. hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday & Wednesday to Saturday. There are two shift patterns available for this role. Option 1: 07:00 - 17:00 & Option 2: 07:30 - 17:30, with up to two hours of scheduled attendance per day. Your preference will be discussed at interview.

• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
