Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Milton Keynes is seeking drivers to sort parcels, plan efficient delivery routes and perform vehicle safety checks, delivering to homes and businesses with a friendly, reliable service.

The role provides 38 hours per week with overtime opportunities, a strong pension, generous holiday allowance, medical cover, uniform and training, plus access to My Bundle+ benefits for discounts and offers.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B) registered to your current address.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Great team player, able to work independently when needed.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Tueday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Wednesday 7:30am - 5:30pm and Saturday 6am - 3pm.

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour


• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour


• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)


• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours


• Paid weekday and weekend overtime

What We’re Looking For

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points


• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg


• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused


• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
