Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide is hiring a part-time delivery driver in Lincoln for a permanent role. You will sort parcels, plan routes, and deliver to homes and businesses, focusing on reliability and customer service.

Typical hours are 30 per week with overtime opportunities and weekend work. Starting salary is £25,201 per year with progression to £27,561 after six months and potential to earn up to £30,000 per year, including weekend premiums and overtime.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) held at current address.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Independent worker who also collaborates well with others.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday, Friday and Saturday - 07:30-17:30.

Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
Paid weekday and weekend overtime

Additional Allowances:

• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What you'll be doing

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks

• Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail

What we're looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
