Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Lincoln is seeking an organised parcel processing and delivery operative. This role is 30 hours per week with overtime opportunities, and typical attendance on Monday, Friday and Saturday. You will sort parcels, plan routes and deliver with a friendly, dependable approach.

You must hold a full UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) and be able to lift up to 30kg. The package includes progressive pay, pension, and holiday benefits.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday, Friday and Saturday - 07:30-17:30.
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Whisby Road Ind Est, Lincoln - LN6 2LQ

Why this role pays off:

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime

Additional Allowances

• o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• o Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
