Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide is seeking a delivery driver in Lincoln to sort parcels, plan efficient delivery routes, and perform essential vehicle safety checks. You will collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses with a friendly, dependable service.

The role requires a full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t), the ability to lift up to 30kg, and a customer‑focused approach. This is a permanent, part-time position with overtime opportunities.

• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday, Friday and Saturday - 07:30-17:30.

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Whisby Road Ind Est, Lincoln - LN6 2LQ

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
