Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is hiring a delivery driver in Oxford. You will sort parcels, plan efficient routes and deliver to homes and businesses on a 38-hour week with overtime opportunities.

Starting salary £25,201 per year, rising to £27,561 after six months, with potential to reach £30,000 including overtime. We offer an excellent pension, holiday allowance starting at 22.5 days, medical cover, uniform and training, plus access to the My Bundle+ benefits platform with

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.

Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:-
o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
o Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What you'll be doing
Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail

What we're looking for
A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused
Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
