Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is hiring a Delivery Driver in Cambridge. You will sort parcels, plan efficient routes, perform safety checks on vehicles and deliver parcels to homes and businesses.

You need a full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t), ability to lift 30kg, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. The role offers a permanent contract, 30 hours weekly, overtime, and a strong benefits package.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday, Tuesday and Saturday 07:00-17:00
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Coral Park Industrial Estate, Cambridge, CB1 3EZ

Why this role pays off:

Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays)
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:

• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
