Job summary

Career Makers Inc. in the Liverpool area is recruiting Parcel Sorters for a night-shift in Huyton, L35. You will unload HGV trailers, handball parcels, and sort them using scanners and headsets, working with a team to load vans for despatch.

The role offers ongoing work with a temp-to-perm route after the initial period, overtime options, and weekly pay, plus free parking and a stable contract following the initial period.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or parcel sorting preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and as part of a small team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Unloading of HGV Trailers into the warehouse and placing onto sorting belts.
• Handballing parcels and sorting them into correct loading areas.
• Operating sorting machines and using scanners/headsets.
• Working in a team to load vans ready for despatch.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment and following procedures.

• Segregating different types of mail
• Operating sorting machines
• Sorting parcels into the correct loading areas from a belt using scanners & headsets
• Working in a team to safely load vans ready for despatch
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Following standard processes & operating procedures

5 days out of 7

11pm - 9am
