Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Parcel Sorter for a client in Southampton. You will work 5 out of 7 days with three shift options and varying start times.

Responsibilities include unloading, scanning, sorting by postcode, and assisting with end-of-shift cleanup. Some heavy lifting is required in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Team player and works well in teams.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.

As a Parcel Sorter, you will be working:

• 3 shifts to choose from with varied start times

The rate of pay as a Parcel Sorter:

Duties and requirements as a Parcel Sorter:

• Unload parcels from a lorry
• Use handheld scanners
• Load parcels onto conveyor belts
• Sort parcels into appropriate postcode zones
• Assist with general clean up at the end of the shift
• Some manual lifting

The ideal candidate for a Parcel Sorter would need:

• Ability to do some heavy lifting
• Previous experience working in a warehouse
• Be a good team player
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• PPE- Hi Vis and Safety Boots
